Rich has over 25 years of results driven senior management experience in banking including 12 years as role of Chairman, CEO and Market President. The majority of his career has been in middle market and C&I lending. His breath of experience spans from business development to workout loans to managing multiple departments as well as all aspects of community bank startup and management. Rich graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and earned an MBA with and emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University.

Mike is a serial entrepreneur with an extensive track record of innovation and creation of successful companies. Beginning his career as an electrical engineer with NASA, solving difficult problems was a visible strength. Mike continued on to create marketable solutions in construction, real estate and electrical components industries culminating with a sale of Taymac Corporation to Hubbell Corporation in 2012 with over 200 patents and thousands of products. Since that time, Mike continues to solve problems by providing unique services that help companies improve margin while receiving exceptional products and services. Mike graduated with an engineering degree from University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.
Andy Finch

Andy has developed a broad mix of experience in business and technology at both start-ups and large multinational companies. Through past responsibilities in engineering, operations, sales, marketing, R&D, project management and customer service, Andy understands that businesses are a system of interrelated parts. While in executive management positions with a large publicly traded company, Andy was involved in M&A activities where he saw first-hand the importance of margin multipliers. Andy has both bachelor and master degrees in engineering from the University of Idaho and Purdue University, respectively, as well as an MBA from Indiana University.

Scott retired in 2013 from a 40 year career in banking. He held a number of management, executive, and director positions for two of the largest banking institutions in the country. His primary emphasis was the analysis, management and development of local, regional, and national commercial/real estate loan portfolios. As such, he had direct contact & affiliations with numerous business leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Concurrently, he was responsible in the overseeing of compliance, policy, and training.

Scott has been and is currently involved in the acquisition and formation of several banks in both Colorado and Arizona. He continues to provide consultation to a number of local business, law practices, as well as serving on a number of BODs. Being a resident of Arizona over the past 45 years, Scott has been an active member and president of a number of local nonprofit organizations. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University, and graduated from a number of advanced banking & finance programs inclusive of Northwestern University School of Banking.

Ingrid built a successful Management Consulting firm whose roster included many distinguished U.S. and international clients. The company was affiliated with and partnered on numerous engagements with Ernst & Young. Ingrid has led projects in a wide range of sectors throughout the U.S., in most EU Countries and in China. She has been charged with formulating group strategies, identifying and executing investment opportunities and acquisitions and developing people and practices for each client’s success.

Ingrid was engaged to lead a divestiture of a Procter & Gamble Division. As Interim General Manager for Europe, she built the newly formed company in 14 different European Countries, working with City Ventures for the financing methodologies, with Ernst & Young to design and implement the ERP structure and negotiated the contracts for all managerial employees.

Prior to establishing Murro Partners, Ingrid held managerial positions with Siemens Corporation, Robert Bosch Corporation and worked for the Department of Defense European School Systems headquartered in Germany.

Ingrid was involved in various Community Activities and received several Awards. She attended the University of Cambridge in England and received her Diploma in English and earned her Business Degree with Honors in Germany.

John Mistler

Mr. John A. Mistler is currently serving as the Arizona Market President for First Fidelity Bank and is a member of the Executive Management Team headquartered in Oklahoma City Oklahoma. Mr. Mistler also had a one year stent with Bank 34 a publically trade Bank located in Alamogordo New Mexico. John held the title of Senior Lending Officer in Scottsdale Arizona. Mr. Mistler has served as the Regional President of the Scottsdale Team for Stearns Bank for 4.5 years. Mr. Mistler served as Regional President of Southern New Mexico and Arizona at First State Bancorp., and served as its Market President, Arizona since May 30, 2006. Before joining First Community Bank, Mr. Mistler started in banking in 1985 at United Bank of Arizona (now Citibank). He quickly expanded his responsibilities to manage sales as Director of Sale at National Bank of Arizona and, before joining First Community, was Executive Vice President at Bank of the Southwest. Mr. Mistler’s Community involvement includes being a Member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, Fiesta Bowl Committee, and former member of The Arizona State Alumni Association Board of Directors. Mr. Mistler also is a member of the ASU Sports Hall of Fame and a former member of the New York Giants.
Mike Tully

Mike Tully is a recently retired past Chief Executive Officer of AAA Arizona. Mr. Tully has served in a leadership capacity on numerous corporate boards including the current Chair of the National Association of Corporate Director’s (NACD) Arizona Chapter. Mike’s philanthropic and community board service roles include the United Way Board of Directors, ASU Alumni Association, and Sonoran Conservancy Corporate Advisory Board. He has been the past Chairman for The Make-A-Wish (MAW) Foundation of Arizona and held additional board positions with Greater Phoenix Leadership, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, ASU President’s Club, ASU Center for Services Leadership, Financial Executives International, Boys & Girls Club of Scottsdale, and Open Tech Alliance.

Mr. Tully’s background before AAA spanned numerous leadership positions in manufacturing technology companies as well as a successful entrepreneurial trade-finance startup. He is a CPA and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, and received his Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees in Finance from Arizona State University.

George is an experienced management consultant who owns a successful practice that focuses on IT/Telecom technical and finance management. Throughout his career George has provided support to a broad spectrum of US and internationally based corporations as well as domestic state and other governmental entities. Based on his long history in the industry and intimate knowledge of emerging technology, George has been retained by companies to perform strategic market studies and individuals interested in entering the IT/Telecom market. George also mentors individuals seeking to enter into the realm of small business ownership.
Chet Thaker

Chet’s early interests were an account management software for regional Bell operating companies such as Pacific Bell, NYNEX and Bell Atlantic. Chet then led the company to develop and deliver a pricing and network design software system related to advanced voice and data network services for BellSouth (now AT&T). Current professional interests include implementation of Robotic Process Automation tools across labor intensive processes in business and government sectors.

Chet taught two telecom courses at University of California, Irvine Engineering Extension in 1990s. He also authored a book Negotiating Telecommunications Contracts, published by The Telecom Library Inc., New York. Chet currently serves on the Board of Trustees of William & Mary Foundation, Williamsburg, VA.

Chet graduated from UCLA with both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
